Loge

Privacy policy

Last updated : 6 November 2026

Draft: to be validated by a lawyer before publication. Courtesy translation of the essential points. The French version is the only legally binding text and prevails in case of discrepancy. Read the complete French version.

This is a summary of the main points of the French privacy policy: what Loge does with your data, why, for how long and with whom.

Who is responsible

ASPHERE is responsible for processing linked to the website, the contact form, accounts, billing and audience measurement.

For sessions held in Loge (participants, recordings, transcripts, attendance), the training provider or team that organises the session is the controller; ASPHERE acts as processor on its instructions. If you took part in a session, send your requests to the organiser first.

What we process

  • Account: name, e-mail address, password (hashed), Google identifier if you sign in with Google, organisation and role.
  • Rooms: displayed name, entry and exit times, admission decisions, short-lived access tokens. Audio and video are relayed in real time by our server in France and are not stored.
  • AI assistant: when the organiser switches it on, participants’ voices are sent in real time, through a gateway hosted in France, to OpenAI models in the United States. The assistant introduces itself as an AI, never assesses anyone, and the organiser can switch it off.
  • Recordings (audio only), transcripts and summaries: only if the organiser enables them; kept 90 days by default (1 to 36 months), then deleted automatically.
  • Attendance and training documents: kept 36 months (120 months with European co-funding).
  • Payment: handled by Stripe; we never receive or keep your card number.

Contact form and waitlist

We keep your name, e-mail address, message, the page and source of your visit, and a fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself). The request is passed on by e-mail to one person at ASphere. Until accounts open, waitlist sign-ups are not stored on our servers: they are only sent by e-mail. Retention: three years after the last exchange.

Audience measurement and cookies

On logelive.fr, audience is measured with OpenPanel, hosted by ASphere in France, with no cookie and no browser storage; data is kept 13 months at most and is neither sold nor shared. Google sign-in is only loaded if you accept it in the banner. The language you choose is remembered in a cookie (loge_langue) and in your browser’s local storage, and nothing else.

Processors and transfers outside the EU

Scaleway (France) hosts the service. OpenAI (United States) is used only if the AI assistant or transcription is enabled. Stripe handles payments. Google provides sign-in and the mailbox that receives contact requests. Transfers outside the EU rely on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the French authority (CNIL, cnil.fr). Write to us through the contact form with the subject “Personal data”; we reply within one month.
