Terms and conditions

This is a summary of the main points of the French terms of sale and use. They are written for professionals; specific rules apply to consumers.

Service and plans

Loge lets you hold virtual classes and online meetings in the browser: waiting room, screen sharing, whiteboard, a voice AI assistant that introduces itself as such, audio recording, transcript and summary and, for training providers, attendance sheets and certificates. Creating an account means accepting the terms in force.

Plans, prices and included minutes are on the pricing page. Features announced as “coming soon” carry no commitment on dates. Loge does not guarantee obtaining or keeping a certification or funding: the documents help the organisation build its file, which remains its responsibility.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros excluding VAT; French VAT (20%) is added. Consumers see prices including VAT before ordering. Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe. Extra AI assistant minutes are billed on the next invoice. A price increase is notified at least thirty days before it applies.

Term and cancellation

The subscription runs for one month and renews tacitly. You can cancel at any time in three clicks from the Billing section; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the organisation returns to the free plan.

Permitted use and AI assistant

  • The customer informs participants about the organiser, the presence of the AI assistant and any recording, in line with the GDPR.
  • Minors under fifteen need the joint consent of the minor and a parent before a session with the AI assistant or a recording.
  • The AI assistant introduces itself as an AI, never grades, ranks or monitors a participant and does not analyse emotions. It can be wrong; the organiser checks important information.

Recordings and documents

Only the organiser can start a recording, which is announced to everyone. Recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept for the chosen period, then deleted. Attendance sheets and certificates are produced from time-stamped connections; the organisation signs and is responsible for them.

Consumers

An individual subscribing for non-professional needs has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal, can cancel online at no cost, and benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital services. Disputes can be brought to a consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform.

Liability, governing law

The terms are governed by French law. Liability is limited to direct damage and, for professional customers, capped at the amounts paid in the previous twelve months. Questions: contact form, subject “Terms”.
