Beyond the AI assistant minutes
On paid plans, each extra minute is billed €0.20 excl. VAT, added to the month’s invoice. You can switch this overage off in the settings: the assistant then stops when the allowance ends.
The dashboard shows the minutes used in the current period and warns you before the allowance ends.
Questions about pricing
What is a host?
A person who creates and runs rooms: a trainer, a meeting leader. Participants and learners pay nothing and do not need an account. You buy as many host seats as you need and can change the number at any time.
How are AI assistant minutes counted?
Each plan includes a number of minutes per month for the whole organisation. A minute is used when the assistant is present in a room. Beyond that, on paid plans, the minute is billed €0.20 excl. VAT; on the free plan, the assistant stops.
What happens at the end of a 40-minute session on the free plan?
Participants are warned five minutes before, then the room closes. You simply open a new one.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing section of the dashboard, in three clicks, or from the Stripe customer portal. The subscription is monthly with no minimum term.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes, per host and per month. The applicable VAT is added at payment.
