What is in a room, and what comes out of it
A Loge room fits in a link. During the session it gives the trainer or the meeting host a classroom’s tools; afterwards it produces the documents.
During the session
Waiting room
Participants wait without hearing anything until the host admits them, one by one or all together.
Announced AI assistant
It welcomes admitted people, answers practical questions and alerts the host. A notice before entering, an introduction in its first sentence, a banner throughout the session.
Screen sharing and whiteboard
A screen, a window or a tab, and a shared whiteboard where everyone draws and writes, with nothing to install.
Raised hand and written chat
Raised hands move to the top of the grid; the written chat stays available during the session.
Exercise help
A learner shows their screen to the class, to the trainer alone or to the assistant alone, and chooses the level of help: hint, step by step or explained solution. In private.
Host controls
Mute a microphone, remove someone, lock the room, end for everyone, start or stop recording and the assistant.
After the session
Audio recording
Switched on by the host only, announced to everyone, stopped at any time. Deleted automatically after 90 days by default, adjustable from 1 to 36 months.
Transcript, summary, chapters
Produced after the session and labelled “AI-generated”. Revision questions without grades may be offered to learners.
Attendance timeline
Arrivals, departures and reconnections of each participant, recorded by the video-conferencing server and cross-checked every minute.
Attendance sheet and documents
Time-stamped attendance sheet signed with one click, attendance certificate and certificate of completion per learner and per training action, exportable evidence file.

Does the AI assistant have a face?
A 2D character, animated in the browser by the rhythm of its voice and marked “AI”. It looks like no real person.
Do participants need an account?
No. Only hosts have an account; participants enter with the invitation link and their name.
In which languages does Loge work?
This website is available in six languages. The application, the documents it produces, and the transcripts and summaries are in French today.
Open a room before you decide
