The virtual classroom that produces its own Qualiopi evidence
The session produces by itself the proof your organisation must keep: who was present, from when to when, on which training action.
A training action, from start to finish
Step 1
Before the session
You create the training action (title, dates, planned hours, funder) and a linked room. The invitation link goes to the learners.
Step 2
During the session
Learners arrive in the waiting room, the AI assistant welcomes them once admitted, the trainer teaches: screen, whiteboard, raised hand, exercise help.
Step 3
After the session
The time-stamped attendance sheet is generated, each learner signs with one click, and the transcript and summary are available in the session page.
Step 4
At the end of the action
Attendance certificate and certificate of completion per learner, and an exportable evidence file for the funder or an audit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the attendance evidence acceptable for Qualiopi?
Loge records each participant’s entry and exit time and produces a time-stamped attendance sheet, an attendance certificate per learner and per training action, and a certificate of completion based on the French Ministry of Labour template. These documents form a body of evidence; the organisation remains responsible for its file and for assessments, which the AI assistant never carries out.
Does the AI assistant grade learners?
No, never. It welcomes people, informs them, helps unblock an exercise and always introduces itself as an AI. Assessments are carried out by the trainer and the organisation.
What does a learner who joins without an account see?
An invitation link, a welcome page that says whether an AI assistant may be present, a waiting room until the trainer admits them, then the room.
Open a room before you decide
The free plan gives you a room for 10 participants, the waiting room and 5 minutes of AI assistant per month. No payment is requested.
