Publisher

The logelive.fr website and the Loge service are published by ASPHERE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), SIREN 907 876 957, activity code 85.59A (training provider).

No phone number or e-mail address is published: the contact form is the only way to reach us, and it passes your message to the right person.

Training provider

ASPHERE is a training provider registered under activity declaration number 44570428557 with the Prefect of the Grand Est region. This registration does not constitute State approval.

The quality certification was awarded for the following categories of actions: training actions; apprenticeship training actions (apprentice training centre). Certificate no. CAP2373, issued by CAPCERT (accréditation Cofrac n° 5-0638), valid until 27 June 2028, subject to surveillance audits.

Hosting

Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville-l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France (scaleway.com): website and dashboard, application servers (API, database, AI assistants), video-conferencing server, storage of recordings and documents, model gateway. Data centres are in France (Paris region).

Country-level IP geolocation (country only, to reserve Loge Compagnon for the countries where it is offered) uses the “IP to Country Lite” database by DB-IP (db-ip.com), under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. The address is neither stored nor transmitted.

Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, logos, avatar characters and the code of the site and service belong to ASPHERE or are used with permission. Any reproduction without written permission is forbidden. The content you create in the service (rooms, documents, recordings) remains yours. Loge relies on open-source software, notably LiveKit (Apache 2.0) and Excalidraw (MIT).

Reporting content

To report unlawful content hosted by the service (recording, document, whiteboard), use the contact form with the subject “Report” and give the address of the content and the reason. We acknowledge and handle every report.

Personal data, cookies and terms

Personal data processing and cookies are described in the privacy policy. The terms of use and sale are in the terms and conditions. Organisations that use Loge for their participants have a data processing agreement.
